Acrobatics

Acrobatics plays a crucial role in the world of circus, and it holds a prominent place in pole dancing and aerial arts as well. It allows you to add more variety to your routines by incorporating acrobatic elements into transitions between poles or during floor work. Everyone will be amazed when you perform a somersault, handspring, or even a no-hands cartwheel.
Acrobatics has many other benefits as well, as it strengthens the muscles, particularly the upper body, providing an excellent foundation for the more challenging strength elements you'll encounter later, both on the pole and in the air. Additionally, it teaches you proper momentum, dynamism, and helps you get accustomed to heights, which will also be beneficial in the future.

What can you learn, and why should you choose an acrobatics class?
  • Handstands, headstands, and all their variations, combined with acrobatic starts and finishes.
  • Handspring, somersaults, flicks, and various floor jumps.
  • Cartwheels with two hands, one hand, and then without hands (arabesque).
  • Different types of rolls combined with acrobatic elements and splits.
  • Strengthens your shoulders and upper body, providing a foundation for difficult strength elements.
  • Easier progression in dynamic elements, as you will learn proper momentum and its technique.
  • Helps you get accustomed to heights and gain experience with upside-down tricks.

During the class, you don’t need to worry about injuries, as our studio is equipped with unique safety equipment (such as double mats, springboards, air tracks, etc.), and you'll be learning from true professionals.

The class is an excellent complement to pole dancing or aerial arts classes.

We look forward to welcoming you!
