Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop, or simply "hoop", is a form of aerial acrobatics where strength, flexibility, and acrobatic elements are performed in the air using a special steel hoop. The hoop is an extremely elegant and airy apparatus, yet it can be combined excellently with acrobatic elements, including those on the ground. Even the basic tricks are highly impressive, while also helping you get accustomed to the height and the technique of the apparatus, so that you can later perform even the most difficult moves with ease.

Hoop classes are available with us in both group and private sessions, and the classes are differentiated between beginner and advanced levels, so you can join anytime. To support faster progress, we recommend the following classes as supplements:

  • IronLady (strength training class) to accelerate muscle gains.
  • Stretching, as flexibility is essential to achieving proper movement.
  • Acrobatics, which helps improve coordination, body awareness, and the execution of floor elements.
  • Twerk, strengthens the legs and shoulders while also helping to reduce stubborn cellulite. And on top of that, it's a fun and ultra-feminine class! :)
