Aerial Silk, also known as silk, is one of the most technical yet most awe-inspiring aerial sports. This form of movement is performed on a special silk ribbon, which is wrapped around the body to showcase various flexibility, acrobatic, and strength elements in the air. While the movements appear light and graceful, they require tremendous physical strength, including strong forearms, core muscles, and, not least, flexibility.

The class is available in both group and private lessons. The group classes are 75 minutes long and differentiated by level, for beginners and advanced students, so you can join anytime. To support faster progress, we highly recommend the following supplementary classes:
- IronLady (strength training class) to accelerate muscle gains.
- Stretching, as flexibility is essential to achieving proper movement.
- Acrobatics, which helps improve coordination, body awareness, and the execution of floor elements.
- Twerk, strengthens the legs and shoulders while also helping to reduce stubborn cellulite. And on top of that, it's a fun and ultra-feminine class! :)
