Have you always been attracted to the acrobatic version of pole dancing? Are you tired of your practices lacking dynamism? Would you like to improve in tricks on the floor, next to the pole as well?

This class allows you to get acquainted with the acrobatic style of pole dancing and master it, while also improving yourself in the most difficult strength elements and combinations. Our studio is equipped with unique safety equipment, so you can do all of this without any risk. You'll train with a professional coach who will assist you in every step to help you achieve even your boldest dreams.

    What can you learn from this class?
  • Acrobatic transitions and combinations on the pole, as well as dismounts and mounts, such as cartwheels, handsprings, somersaults, flips, drops, etc.
  • Fonjis, drops, and regrips in all sorts of quantities and combinations.
  • Floor acrobatic elements next to the pole.
  • Spins spiced up with acrobatic elements.
  • Flags, deadlifts, and other challenging elements, both individually and combined.

The classes are 75 minutes long. We place great emphasis on warm-up and stretching to avoid injuries, followed by a true circus-like experience.

To avoid injury risk, this class is only available to students who are able to perform basic level 3 strength elements.
