This is a strength and conditioning workout designed to build the strength needed for apparatus training, while improving overall fitness and endurance. In this class, we primarily focus on bodyweight exercises – such as planking, bodyfit, push-ups, and ab exercises – which strengthen the shoulders, arms, abs, and legs while also burning fat to achieve a toned physique. Bodyweight exercises are emphasized alongside various posture-improving (knee, point) and toning movements, using resistance bands, sliders, and small weights. The result: a toned, flexible, and lean body with increased strength and endurance.
This class is an essential complement to any apparatus training. No prior experience is required, as the exercises are adjusted to match your fitness level.
