During the class, we do strengthening and body-shaping exercises that specifically help us achieve not only a firm but an incredibly round booty. Along with targeted strength training, we prepare our bodies with a bit of dance based on twerk and reggaeton fundamentals, focusing on hip and chest isolation and hard work, while also emphasizing femininity. In addition to strength training, aerobic/cardio-style movements play a major role, but this time in a hotter, true Caribbean vibe. It’ll feel like we’re on Copacabana.
Beyond rounding the booty, we also focus on shaping the abs, especially the waist, to achieve not only a perfect round butt but also a true hourglass figure.
