Our children's pole fitness and aerial gymnastics classes are available for the 8-11 age group at our studio. Pole dancing and aerial gymnastics (silk, hoop) are increasingly popular forms of exercise for young people worldwide and here in our country. These sports place a strong emphasis on developing general fitness and a good muscle foundation, increasing endurance, improving movement coordination, and flexibility. Their more airy and elegant nature sets them apart from apparatus gymnastics and rhythmic sport gymnastics, but it is important to note that similar levels of fitness and flexibility are required as in the previously mentioned sports and they can also be excellently combined with acrobatics, which is reflected in many elements and tricks.
Pole dancing and aerial gymnastics also improve posture, strengthen the muscular system, and increase the child's self-confidence and belief in themselves. Children can also express their creativity during the classes, as the variety of tricks and combinations is endless; they will always learn something new, and at higher levels, they may even come up with their own innovations.
The classes are conducted under the guidance of coaches with outstanding professional knowledge. Their professionalism and expertise in the sport are demonstrated by the number of junior athletes who come through our training and achieve placements in national, European, and world competitions.
The 60-minute classes consist of thorough warm-up, learning elements and routines/choreographies, as well as special strengthening and stretching exercises to facilitate the children's faster development. The training sessions are differentiated according to the fitness level of the children.
We would like to draw the attention of parents to the fact that since these are children, we place greater emphasis on warm-up, strengthening, and stretching during the sessions to avoid potential injuries and lay a solid foundation; therefore, the apparatus part constitutes about one-third of the training.
Participation in the training is only permitted with personal parental consent and is based on a preliminary assessment! The preliminary assessment will take place at the end of August/beginning of September in a separate session, where we will evaluate the child's physical fitness, flexibility, and coordination, as well as their discipline, cooperation skills, concentration, and suitability for independent task execution, which are essential for injury-free training. The child can only attend group classes based on a positive coaching decision!

Class Duration: 60 minutes
Recommended Clothing: Given the combined nature of the workout, the following clothing items are all necessary: shorts (hot pants), a top, leggings, a long-sleeve shirt, and thick socks if needed.

The price for the 90-minute program is 4,500 HUF per person. For extensions, it’s 500 HUF per person per half hour.
In the summer months, our studio will once again be filled with the sounds of children for various weeks. We hold day camps for children aged 7 to 12, which focus not only on strength training and flexibility development but also on improving coordination. As a recreational camp, we emphasize on fun alongside serious work. The training sessions are conducted in a cheerful atmosphere with the help of skilled, child-focused coaches. Our programs are further enriched with external activities (CyberJump, boulder climbing, outdoor gym at MOM Park, etc.).
In addition to serious training sessions, there is also a need for cheerful, playful moments. Under this theme, usually tied to holidays (Halloween, Christmas, Carnival), we delight the children with dance, food, and photo sessions themed around the specific holiday.
These party sessions attract our little guests with unique pricing and extended durations for their enjoyment.
