This activity places a strong emphasis on femininity, enhancing flexibility and strength, and improving posture and endurance. Among its many benefits, here are a few reasons why you should choose pole dancing:

In our studio, pole dancing is available through group and private lessons. The sessions are 75 minutes long, with a strong emphasis on warm-up and stretching. You can join a group class at any time, as no prior experience or fitness level is required. The classes are tailored to different levels, from complete beginners to advanced professionals, and our instructors will assign tasks accordingly. To progress faster, it is recommended to attend the following supplementary classes:

  • IronLady (strength training class) to accelerate muscle gains.
  • Stretching, as flexibility is essential to achieving proper movement.
  • Acrobatics, which helps improve coordination, body awareness, and the execution of floor elements.
  • Twerk, strengthens the legs and shoulders while also helping to reduce stubborn cellulite. And on top of that, it's a fun and ultra-feminine class! :)
