Stretching

During stretching classes, we primarily focus on improving the flexibility of our muscles and joints. Flexibility requires constant attention, as it helps increase our body’s endurance, is essential for proper muscle shaping, makes our movements more fluid, and helps maintain long-term fitness.

Stretching classes are especially recommended for those with sedentary jobs, as the muscles need to be relaxed and stretched after a day of stiff leg and back posture.

The class is an essential complement to pole dancing, aerial arts, and acrobatics. For advanced pole and aerial classes, it is a mandatory supplement, as a flexible body is crucial for executing elements with precision and grace.
