The classes are 75 minutes long, including a high-energy aerobic warm-up followed by a thorough stretching. We start by covering the basic movements, then dive into the actual dance. At the end of the class, there’s mandatory core strengthening, and as a farewell task, a surprise. Of course, we also include relaxing stretching to complete the workout. The class does not follow a fixed choreography, so anyone can join freely without prior dance experience. We review the basics in every class, so beginners can confidently start and easily master this truly unique and very feminine workout.
