Since February 2013, we have been enriching the sports scene in Budapest's 12th district, and we can rightfully say that we have gained national and even international recognition in the world of pole and aerial sports. We started as a sports enterprise, promoting these then-emerging forms of exercise. Initially, we operated gyms converted from apartments, but in 2017, we dared to dream big. We created one of the country's best-equipped pole dance and aerial studios, with the best facilities and the most effective team of trainers. In line with this, we chose the name "Akropoleisz," emphasizing our ambition to become the stronghold of this genre, a goal we have met over the years. In addition to promoting recreational sports, we place a strong emphasis on securing a prominent place in the competitive scene. Our mission is to provide opportunities for our guests—regardless of gender, age, or body type—to safely and professionally experience the unique atmosphere of pole dance and aerial sports. We also aim to nurture the most talented individuals into successful, dedicated competitors. Alongside adult training, we consider youth development and care a priority. Thanks to the dedicated work of our trainers, our studio has achieved outstanding results in numerous international and national competitions. We currently boast nearly 30 competitors, including older age groups (50+) as well as the youngest participants. Our association is also proud to have successful male competitors. We work with dozens of young athletes in an organized setting, and nearly 100 people visit our studio each month as a leisure activity. Our association is proud to have World Championship and European Championship titles, and we excel in national competitions both in terms of participation and results. We are particularly proud that over the past 11 years, we have been able to nurture some of our most talented young students into aspiring trainers. Five of our trainers also have international judging qualifications, enhancing our association's reputation even at the judging level. Since 2020, we have been operating as an association and are members of the Hungarian Aerial Sports Federation (MALESZ), which represents our sports. We launched the now-popular and sought-after AirFest national competition series, which we had to pause in recent years due to circumstances beyond our control, but we plan to return in 2025 with the quality and atmosphere that is expected from us! We enrich our lives by organizing in-house competitions, photoshoots, workshops (thematic classes), and camps.
